What is your Return and Refund Policy?

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Due to the nature of our business as a print-on-demand store, all items are non-refundable, and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each item is made specifically for you, which means we cannot restock or resell returned products.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If we made a mistake with your order or if your item arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and are committed to fixing the issue as quickly as possible.

What to do if you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Please do not wash or wear the incorrect or damaged item.
  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of any issues. You can reach us via [insert preferred contact method, such as email].
  • Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once we receive your notification and verify the issue, we will work with you to resolve the problem by either issuing a replacement or providing another solution.

Please note: After the 14-day window, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including sizing or preference changes.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary based on the product type, delivery destination, and Print Provider. Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout. You can review specific shipping rates before placing your order.

Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and location:

  • Domestic (US-based Print Providers): Estimated 2-7 business days for standard shipping.
  • International: Typically takes 10-30 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing times. Production times vary, and delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipping carrier disruptions.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship only within the United States.

Upgrading Shipping
Orders placed with Economy Shipping cannot be upgraded after submission. However, if your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to select Priority Shipping, which offers faster delivery times depending on your location.

Multiple Item Orders
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the Print Provider. Shipping costs for multiple items will be calculated accordingly.

Why don't you have Merchandise that looks like MY Corgi?

We have tried to create merchandise that resembles all of the different Corgi variations. All of our designs come with and without docked tails as well.

If you don't see a variation that looks like your Corgi, we are open to suggestions for new designs! Just send us a message and we will see if we are able to add new designs to our store.

Are any designs created with AI?

No! All designs from The Jolly Corgi were hand-drawn by Mackenzie. There were no robots or AI involved in our designs.
